Cancelation/Refund Policy
We understand that issues can arise. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if needing to cancel or change an order. Fees assessed by payment processing companies (PayPal, Stripe, other credit card companies) may not be refunded as we do not receive those fees as payment.
Custom Cookie Orders: Refunds on cancelations of custom orders less than 48 hours before agreed upon available time are subject to the completed progress of your order.
Decorating Classes/Events: Due to our cookie products being perishable and can not be shelved for another class, no refund will be issued with less than 24 hours notice. Partial refunds or transferring your seat to another class can be initiated with more than 24 hours notice.
